Ideal Candidate and Admission Requirements
The Collège des Ingénieurs is looking for engineering and science graduates who have an entrepreneurial mindset and are highly motivated to impact the future. Thus, the Collège is very selective on an international scale. As a result, it accepts only 150 Fellows per year from over 1.400 candidates.
While academic accomplishment is important, the Admissions Committee also considers the applicant as a person. Admission to the programme is based exclusively on merit, academic criteria, identified potential, and the candidate's motivation. The Collège covers the tuition fees for the MBA programme and pays a salary to all admitted Fellows.
Minimum requirements for the application:

You have a master's degree or a PhD in a STEM subject (engineering or scientific discipline) from a scientific university or Grande École.

You must be fluent in English. Proficiency in a third language (French, German, Italian, etc.) is highly desirable.

The focus of our management programme is to start your career in the industry. Therefore, you do not require professional experience. You may apply if you have a maximum of 3 years of professional experience.
