MBA for Engineers and Scientists
The mission of Collège des Ingénieurs is to prepare carefully selected young graduate engineers and scientists to tackle economic, entrepreneurial, and international challenges.
Become an Impactful Leader of Tomorrow
We believe engineers and scientists should play a decisive role in shaping our world's future. Technology will play a big part in that future, but it won't drive change on its own. To be successful, you will need leadership and strategic thinking skills.
The mission of Collège des Ingénieurs is to prepare carefully selected young graduate engineers and scientists to tackle economic, entrepreneurial, and international challenges.
Our tailored management programme presents the diverse perspectives of selected senior academics and practitioners with exceptional leadership backgrounds who mentor and challenge our MBA Fellows.
Embedded in a European innovation ecosystem, we enable our MBA Fellows to work on a dedicated company mission, where they interact with senior management and develop an entrepreneurial mindset essential for success in leading corporations.
To complete this unique learning experience, we build a peer group of top young European professionals as part of a lifelong community that will foster your professional and personal growth.
Admission to the programme is merit-based. The Collège covers the tuition fees for the MBA programme and pays a salary to all admitted Fellows.

The MBA Programme Structure
10 Months of
Learning Through Action
Our educational philosophy is genuinely innovative. We believe some things can only be understood through action. This is especially true in management.
Our management programme is based on the concept of learning through action. MBA seminars at the Collège alternate with phases in a company mission with one of our company partners. All this work, theory and practice, will be rewarded with the MBA.
This full-time programme lasts ten months. At the beginning, you will dive into a five-week business boot camp in Paris, Munich, and Turin. Throughout the programme, each Fellow will attend classes in all three locations.
Right after this initial seminar phase, you will embark on a dedicated company mission with one of our partner companies. From then on, mission weeks will alternate with monthly seminar weeks at the Collège. You will spend 35% of your time in MBA classes and 65% on the company mission.
The "Learning Through Action" concept enables you to apply concepts taught in the classroom to the real business world. You will also bring the insights and experiences gained during your company missions back into the MBA seminars. It enriches discussions and deepens the learning experience, ensuring knowledge and learning flows in both directions.
Throughout the programme, you will live at the location of your company mission and travel to the respective seminar locations for seminar weeks.
