The Italian Factor; CDI Italia @ Nova Conference
"The Italian Factor" is the title of the seventeenth edition of the Nova Conference, the event that from November 17th to 19th brought together 200 Italian business leaders and top international MBA talent talents in New York. 20 incredible speakers guided and inspired reflections on how the future of Italy will develop over the next 10 years, discussing strategic issues and challenges for Italy in the global economy.
Digitization, Innovation and Talent Retention were some of the topics discussed in the panels and roundtables. Speakers and participants shared their professional experiences and personal perspectives on how customer experience changes and how Italy can leverage current business trends to drive growth and innovation in its economy.
