Frédéric Lincker started first as a commercial director before becoming a sales director during his fifteen years in the industry. He specializes in face to face techniques and team animation thanks to the practice of close-up (proximity magic and mentalism). After having worked in a consultancy firm which focused on high-end markets, in 2000 he created a sales consultancy firm “FL Consultant” as well as a start-up which specialized in the signal quality of mobile networks. He focuses on behavioural analysis and the intangibles related to sales and marketing strategies. In 2014, he co-founded Apter France, a company that develops motivational strategies tailored specifically to individuals or teams. Alongside, his job as a consultant, he created a school of magic "Akiltour" in 2000 which today has 2 sites on the Ile de France and more than 100 students.
